Chatting with a Bob White quail in the yard. Wild bird calls, the ever present roosters, our cat Mae

It's cool enough to open the house up & I could hear a quail announcing himself outside, so I thought I'd go have a chat. Takes him a minute or so to start replying, but then he gets his confidence back. Plenty of roosters crowing, and my whistle calling is close to the mic, so keep that in mind when setting your volume.

Also... an appearance by the ever fabulous Miss Mae!
