I am still in Chiang Khong in the Chiang Rai province in Northern Thailand. A bit surprisingly there is a night market open. So, I had to check out it! Haven’t been on a Thailand night market for a while, so I was super keen. The owner of my hotel recommended to try Mekong River Seaweed there. My mission was set, let’s check out how things went here on the Chiang Khong night market.
