Building up a solo career, Lawrence brings a lot of fresh approaches to contemporary PNG music.

'Goldie River' can be found in Lawrence Tanda’s debut album recorded with the CHM Supersound Studio. The album consists of 10 superb tracks sung in Pidgin and tok ples Kungumanda and unfolds six Engan folk songs in relatively contemporary style of music. Many of the compositions are original and are all composed by Lawrence Tanda.
