Tasha's Seafood Sauce Recipe

4 Sticks butter or earth balance butter (I prefer earth balance). 1 small to medium onion. 4-5 cloves of garlic diced, 1TB of hot slap ya mama, 1TB Lemon pepper( Try to get Chef Merito, this is the best lemon pepper I have ever tasted) 1/2 Tb of Old Bay, 1TB of paprika, 2TB Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp oregano, 1Teaspoon of Tabasco. 1-2TB brown sugar. 1 Capful of white vinegar, 1/4 cup of beer, 2 large lemons juiced and large lime juiced. Saute the onion for a couple of mins in just one tablespoon of the butter, let it caramelize but not really then throw in the garlic saute for one minute. Add your dry and wet seasonings. I usually add the beer last to taste.
