One of my favorite parts of real estate is the moment things stop feeling transactional.

At some point, the conversations become more honest. The walls come down. Everyone relaxes a little, and the relationship shifts from business to something more personal.

Buying and selling a home has a way of accelerating that process.

You're not just talking about bedrooms, square footage, and pricing. You're talking about life, family, goals, stress, excitement, and major decisions.

Those are real conversations.

And that's usually when I know trust has been built.

I've always compared it to the moment a friend walks into your house and opens the fridge without asking.

You know they're comfortable.

To me, the best client relationships feel exactly the same way.
