beekeeping with ron, one hive was weak, here we transfer the needed materials found within another hive to force the making of a new queen.
ron explains it better than i do

there is nothing you cannot achieve in this world.
you are magic, you are made from atoms sewn together
by magnetic attraction, lines of flux force ether
tying into tendons and muscles and organs,
pumping a mystical fluid through your body parts,
making them work together in unison, confined
within a singular body organ (skin), thoughts
action, mindful, forethought we blend together into a society
with multiple minds, only to find, we mend with a sense of piety
we cannot know it all, we only know what we know
where are you on that scale?
we all have separate talents, we are all driven to our sense that we can achieve perfection, drive yourself to become better than you were, soon you will be all you can be, but remember,... YOU make your OWN history, what are you gonna write?
what is someone else gonna write about you?

remember, you are important, you are special, you can make a difference.
