In this video, we create a Multi Groove Pulley 3D model in CATIA V5 using a fully detailed 2D engineering drawing.
This is Solid Model Exercise – 20 in our CATIA V5 Beginner Series, and in this tutorial you will learn how to:
✔ Read and interpret front view and section view
✔ Create a rotational part using Shaft (Revolve) feature
✔ Sketch accurate V-groove profiles with 45° angles
✔ Apply dimensional constraints properly
✔ Use Rectangular Pattern for multiple grooves
✔ Create center bore using Pocket
✔ Validate dimensions using Measure tools
