[Stoneshard] Troll narrated walkthrough/guide

This is a guide for anyone struggling with the troll fight. Hopefully I went through everything relevant to your situation. If not feel free to comment and I'll try to give more information / tips to help.

I tried my best to do the demonstration on a character with as few relevant stats, skills and items as possible so that it could apply to as many builds as possible but like I mention there are lots of skills, items and stats that you'll hopefully have that make the fight a lot easier.
