Last November I participated in the Ultimate Self Defense Championship season 2 hosted by Rokas from Martial Arts Journey and Jeff Phillips alongside a real UFC Fighter, MMA Legend Jeff Chan, Karate Nerd Jesse Enkamp, BJJ Black Belt Jordan and "regular" bloke Craig!

I was invited to represent Shaolin Kung Fu and we were competing on 5 days in a bunch of different Self Defense scenarios.
