In this episode pike fly tying tutorial, Niklaus Bauer will show us how to tie "Paolo's Articulated Double Tail" - a variation on one of Paolo Pacchiarini's favorite patterns. It swims like a game changer when you fish it roly-poly but if you fish it with short hard pull’s, it kicks side to side like nothing else.

Thread: Power tread 100D – White
Connection: Partridge Bauer Pike leader wire 40LB, Articulation Beads 6mm – Silver and Sparkle Fl. Orange
FC -0,60mm (40lb), fastatch size 0, 2mm articulated bead.
Tail: Double Tail XL Copper
Rear hook: Bucktail – White, Hedron flashabou pearl dyed olive and Polarflash Gold, Palmer Chenillemedium – Pearl
Front Hook: Bucktail – White and olive, Hedron flashabou pearl dyed olive, Ripple ice fiber in Light, Olive, Palmer Chenille medium – Medium olive
Head: Titan dubbing – Sunset
