Overlanding Namibia EP1: The Adventure Begins! | Africa Travel Vlog

We went on an exciting self-drive 2-week road trip around Namibia. Namibia is a country found on the south west coast of Africa. It's one of the most sparsely populated countries in the world so largely untouched.

Join us on our road trip as we travel round the country in a Toyota Hilux 4x4 pick-up truck, sleeping in a roof-top tent.

In today's vlog join us as we fly half way across the world, from England to Namibia. On our first day, we were lucky enough to visit Naankuse wildlife sanctuary, a haven for orphaned or injured animals which can never be released back into the wild.

The sanctuary offers daily activities via their visitor centre. We opted to take part in the carnivore feed where we got to meet the sanctuary's lions, cheetahs, leopards, wild dogs, caracals and baboons.
