Greatest Tour de France Finish, 1989!
The Tour's closest finish was in 1989 between Greg Lemond and the late Laurent Fignon. After 3260km of racing, it all came down to the final 25km Time Trial, and an amazing ride by Lemond to snatch an 8sec victory.
Phil Liggett was at his finest giving a great call, and there's a little Cadel Evans tribute at the end to celebrate his historic win in 2011.
