Sunak: Starmer has lack of principles over Natalie Elphicke defection

Rishi Sunak accused Sir Keir Starmer of a complete lack of principles after Dover MP Natalie Elphicke’s defection to Labour.

The Prime Minister said “I think it shows less about her and it’s more about Keir Starmer.

“It shows him to be completely and utterly unprincipled. This is someone who went from embracing Jeremy Corbyn to embracing Natalie Elphicke.

The Prime Minister was speaking at the Policy Exchange think tank on Monday.
