Cryogenic freezing equipment, is it better to package before freezing, or freeze before packaging?

For cryogenic freezing technology (liquid nitrogen is used as a refrigerant in most cases), because of its very low operating temperature, there is no need to worry about the packaging will affect the freezing time and effect. For most regular kind of foods, the freezing time is about 10 to 40 minutes to reach the center temperature of food to -18°C or below.

For prepared dishes, or sliced fruits, the surface of these kind of food has more water or juice, we recommend customers to separate sales packaging before freezing.

For large food that has not been processed or cut, it is more suitable for naked freezing (that is, quick-freezing without packaging), and packaging should be carried out after the quick-freezing is completed.
