Balance Beam in Front of the Judges! | Whitney Bjerken Gymnastics

We had judges come to practice today. This helps to let us know what they are looking for and where our deficiencies are before competition season starts. I performed my modified beam routine without using my arms (more on that later). I did pretty well!
