Carter Cares: Feeding South Windsor During Covid-19

Carter Cares is a non-profit transportation and distribution organization that delivers food to people in need. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Carter Cares, in cooperation with South Windsor, CT Knights of Columbus Council 5779, began preparing hot dinners for individuals in need. The size of the operation has grown, and each week, the volunteers are cooking over 360 meals.
