Push was hit yesterday and today is full off day from training

I needed to restrict food and fluid to a degree today so during a time like this no training is best and just rest.

Made weight at 211.4lbs, so back to a hydrated and fuller status!

Tomorrow will likely get in a practice pump session and just monitoring the look as I continue to put carbs in.

Flat press 1 set
Incline press 1 set
