Job Title: E-commerce Sales Executive
Location:Fairly Place Dalhousie Kolkata
Department: E-commerce / Online Sales
Open Positions: 2
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Duty hours: 9.30 am to 7 pm.
Sunday is a holiday only. Other holidays are as per the Company schedule.
Company needs experienced persons with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Age should be between 25 and 30 years.
Both male and female candidates are allowed.
Company cannot provide accommodation or canteen services.

Job Overview:
Now Company is looking for experienced E-commerce Sales Executives who can manage and grow online sales through various platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complete E-commerce operations and sales management
• Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales conversion
• Monitor daily sales performance and revenue growth
• Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and returns
• Handle pricing, promotions, and discount strategies
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for smooth operations
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand
• Manage customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work on advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, etc.)
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce sales
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and seller panels
• Experience in product listing, SEO, and online promotions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Excel / E-commerce tools
Preferred Candidate:
• Experience in fashion / garments / retail industry (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with multiple marketplaces
• Target-driven and result-oriented
