Political scientist on THA Reshuffle, UNC Internal Elections
Following a major reshuffling of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Executive Council, political scientist Dr Shane Mohammed believes these changes were strategic to managing the island's affairs. Dr Mohammed also says that the upcoming internal elections is UNC's last chance to get their party in order ahead of next year's general election. He was a guest on today’s edition of CNC3’s The Morning Brew.
