We met with Mark Wilder, a senior engineer who has won multiple Grammys and mastered albums for some of the world’s greatest recording artists, to talk about his collaboration work with the Xperia acoustic team as part of the development of Xperia 5 II. 

Xperia 5 II inherits all of Xperia 1 II’s audio technologies, in a compact size. Front facing speakers give symmetrical and well-balanced sound, and through dedicated audio signal routing, cross-talk between the left and right channels has been reduced, resulting in purer sound for headphone listening.
