Testing LoRa Transmission Range in an Urban Environment

Update 12/30/20: New (better informed) background on estimating coverage now posted here: https://youtu.be/QmDkijgnUZg .

Update 11/1/2020: Xerocarft is bringing down their radio station antenna for maintenance and has offered to host some LoRa hardware on the same, so I'm returning this project to see how we can incorporate a formal LoRa gateway for new experiments down the road. I hope to have a new video posted by the end of the this year (2020).

The transmission range of two LoRa radios is tested in an urban environment.
