In this INCREDIBLE 3 part series of Naked And afraid with me, Ryan Mac. I head off into the mountainous jungles of Indonesia with only a pair of shorts, Go Pro, Knife and Powerbank.

The first 15 hours was a tropical thunderstorm and monsoon making it impossible to make a fire to keep warm in freezing night time temperatures.

I had to improvise and seek refuge under the roots of an old tree which provided great shelter for me, however I ended up covered in leeches.

This was done under extreme conditions and I want to make it very clear that you should not try any of this on your own without professional supervision. Things can go wrong very quickly and you could find yourself in a real emergency situation.
