[TUTORIAL] How to make a Cartoon Character Portrait in Paint.net!

Hey guys, soz I didn't upload last week, I was still editing this one. But I'm doing a tutorial of "how to make a cartoon character portrait. Now before you say "BUT BBOY, YOU COPYED SHADY GAMER CAUSE HE DID A VIDEO ON THAT NAH NA NAH NA NAH", I actually didn't copy him, it reminded me to do a video LIKE that, not EXACTLY the same as that. A long time ago my profile picture was a cartoon character portrait of me which was horrible but I wanted to do one of these videos a while back, it's just I forgot about the idea.
