I was introduced by Lee to one of the most delicious types of local food in Shanghai called 生煎包 (Sheng Jian Bao) which translates almost to a fried bun. They are a type of dumpling that is fried on one side which some meat inside. These particular ones had a pork ball inside and they were absolutely incredible.
