Tempe officer again accused of use of force against unarmed Black man.

Officer Ronald Kerzaya is the same officer at the center of a 2019 case where another unarmed Black man was Tased multiple times while holding his child. Trevonyae Cumpian, who works the front desk at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, was held at gunpoint when police were given a description of an armed white man.
