How to Play Windows Steam Games on MacOS Mojave with Wine

UPDATE: It seems Apple has killed off support for 32 bit applications from running on MacOS Catalina. I would advise NOT updating until the Wine team is able to get a 64 bit version running properly.

If you're on an older Mac and are having difficulties showing hidden files, open up Terminal and paste the following command:

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES

Now press return. Hold the ‘Option/alt’ key, then right click on the Finder icon in the dock and click Relaunch.

If you want to revert back to hiding them again, simply change the 'yes' to a 'no' and follow the above steps again.
