Ginger 🫚 Garlic 🧄 paste 1 tsp
Maggie chicken cube 1
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli 🌶️ powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 🍃 3,4
Coriander 🌿 leaves a handful

Boiled egg 1 sliced

For batter:
Milk 1 cup
Egg 1
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour 1 cup
