Is Physical Media Dead?

It's the question all movie collector's lay awake at night pondering, is physical media dead? Are our beloved blu-rays, DVD's, and 4k's going extinct. Well it's hard to say, but I do my best to bring some perspective to the subject and give some history, and some reasons why we are where we are. What do you think?
