Ingredients:
2 cups Chicken bone broth, low sodium
2 cups water
1 tsp better than bullion (roasted chicken base)
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Chili oil
7 oz pre-cooked angel hair cognac noodles (e.g., It's Skinny Pasta)
Garnish:
2 jammy boiled eggs
Sesame seeds
Green onions
Chili oil
🥣Instructions:
1- Begin by preparing the jammy boiled eggs. Bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully add the eggs. Boil for 7 and a half minutes for a jammy yolk. Prepare a bowl with ice water to immediately place the eggs in the ice water for 3 minutes before peeling.
2- While the eggs are boiling, in a large pot, combine the chicken bone broth, water, roasted chicken base, garlic powder, ginger powder, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, and chili oil. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
3- Once the broth is boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
4- While the broth is simmering, drain the pre-cooked angel hair cognac noodles according to the package instructions. Once the broth is ready, divide the cooked cognac noodles into serving bowls.
5- Ladle the hot broth over the noodles, ensuring each bowl is evenly filled.
6- Peel the jammy boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Place one egg half on top of each bowl of ramen.
7- Garnish each bowl of ramen with sesame seeds, thinly sliced green onions, and a drizzle of chili oil. Enjoy!
