Fátima es Dra. en Neuropsicología y Psicoterapeuta. Es Directora del Centro de Neurorehabilitación González Palau y Presidenta y Fundadora de Fundación CIATEC. Realizó sus estudios de Maestría y Doctorado en la Universidad de Salamanca, España, Postdoctorado en CONICET y Fellowship en el Instituto de Ciencias Cognitivas de Lyon, Francia y en la Universidad de Nottingham, Inglaterra.
