Strawberry rare cheese cake / いちごのレアチーズケーキ

・Lemon juice 3g レモン汁
・Gelatin 3g ゼラチン
・Cream cheese 90g クリームチーズ
・Yogurt 25g ヨーグルト
・Fresh cream 50g 生クリーム

*Rare cheese ~ レアチーズ ~ *
・Cream cheese 100g クリームチーズ
・Sugar 25g 砂糖
・Fresh cream 60g 生クリーム
・Lemon juice 3g レモン汁
・Yogurt 20g ヨーグルト
・Gelatin 3g ゼラチン

1. Flush gelatin with 15ml of water.
ゼラチンを水15mlでふやかす。
2. Mix cream cheese and sugar.
　　　クリームチーズと砂糖を混ぜる。
3. 70% whipped fresh cream.
生クリームを7分立てる。
4. Add whipped fresh cream to cream cheese
泡立てた生クリームをクリームチーズに加える。
5. Add lemon juice Yogurt
レモン汁とヨーグルトを加える。
6. Add gelatin
ゼラチンを加える。

* Jelly ~ ゼリー ~ *
・Water 150ml 水
・Sugar 40g 砂糖
・Gelatin 2.5g ゼラチン
