My mistakes with game length

A reflection on all the ways I've royally messed up the games that I've made, with the focus being around the game's length. And difficulty. Very hard to get right with a no-budget klik game.

The question is: how do you make the game the right length, for every player? I hope to talk through how I've done it for Destruction Darius 2 soon. Think about it now and when the video comes out, see if your ideas are the same as mine!
