Freeform Continuity During a Mini-Marathon of The Simpsons! (March 1, 2024)

Finally: I was able to record a complete broadcast of one of Freeform’s legendary 2-hour late-night blocks of episodes of “Our Favorite Family” to preserve in my TV airing preservation collection for the very first time! From Bart’s career at Springfield’s burlesque house, to Milhouse’s parents getting divorced, to Lisa’s ill-fated romance with school bully Nelson, to Ned Flanders needing therapy after a disastrous hurricane completely shatters his well-being, it’s all hits and no misses in this batch of Simpsons reruns, marking only the second time I’ve given this series my usual multi-hour recording treatment (the first time being on Freeform’s sibling channel and the primary cable home for the series, FXX).
