Welcome back! Today I am sharing a wrap top diy sewing tutorial for the Romy Wrap, a romantic wrap style blouse with a peplum skirt and button closures. For this version, I decided to lengthen the sleeves (the original pattern features 3/4 length sleeves) and created a long bishop sleeve style for some extra romance. Romy is available in U.S. sizes 0-30 with B, C, and D cup options.
