Orange county strikes AGAIN! West coast Digital and I were visiting the city hall.. it was going well till a police dept retired employee comes and 1st grabs my camera then whacks WCD'S camera. All this happens in front of a Lieutenant, He brushes off the entire thing. Not by surprise this lieutenant knows me by name. SPOTCHECKS ARE A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF AUDITING BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT LEARNED YET.. Please ALL pick up a camera and keep out public officials ACCOUNTABLE When this was all taking place I can see the lieutenant giving the guy in the blue the cut throat sigh to cut it out...
