...does Riverdale know what a musical is? Because i’m genuinely worried and I don’t know who thought this was a good idea // let's talk about the cast of Riverdale playing Guess the Musical

hey theatre friends! welcome back to my 2nd channel (woah talking about theatre on the *vlog channel* ?? CrAzY!!)

I was minding my own business, procrastinating on the internet when the YouTube algorithm directed me to an absolute fever dream. It's a video featuring the cast of #Riverdale playing a game where they try to guess musicals based on a handful of iPhone emojis. Spoiler alert: it....makes no sense. A handful of the cast gets it and immediately seems bored. The other actors are beyond confused. One of the actors looses the will to live in realtime. It's incredible and awful and WHY DOES IT EXIST?

Let's have a conversation (where I complain for 8 minutes straight) about why this video is so absolutely bizarre, how Riverdale has affected the #MusicalTheatre community, and maybe some ideas on how to respectfully cash in on #Broadway lololol
