Free Charities from The Idea of Charity: Nat Ware at TEDxCelje

In a thought-provoking talk, Nat Ware makes the case that charities have been put in a box for far too long. We have expectations of charities, he says, and these expectations constrain them. Nat is the Founder and CEO of 180 Degrees Consulting, which helps charities and social enterprises around the world to overcome challenges they're facing and to operate as effectively as possible (www.180dc.org). Nat is based at Oxford University, where his research focuses on international development, economics, and social entrepreneurship.
