Thomas Wesley Pentz better known by his stage name Diplo, is a Philadelphia-based American DJ, producer, and songwriter. He also founded and manages record company Mad Decent.

IMS had the pleasure of inviting Diplo to be interviewed by Joshua Glazer (Urb). A artist that has pushed the boundaries in all aspects of the music business from being one of the first social media advocators on twitter, staring in a blackberry commercial, producing for Beyonce to giving away free music as a means of promotion. He tells the IMS audience how he started it all and where hes going to take it.
