It's been almost 2 years since we started roasting. With this step forward, we have more control over our specialty coffee chain. More freedom over the beans we chose from all over the world, the roasting profiles and the challenges too. And with it, our people developed new skills.

Meet Mary, the roaster. She started as a barista and grew professionally as a roaster, once we opened our own roastery in 2019. She’s one of the #peopleofmeron behind your coffee beans.
