She has led successful diverse & inclusive employer brand talent acquisition and retention strategies. Some of the companies she’s worked with include Analog Folk,ASOS, DEPOP, Salesforce, House 337, Wunderman Thompson, Access VFX, Four Communications, Media Cause and more. Alicia is passionate about underrepresented talent rising to senior positions specifically within creative, marketing, and tech industries, and has supported over 100 black professionals with their job search .Alicia has been featured on platforms such as BBC Radio 1, Evening Standard, Tribe Urban Radio, and Women in CTRL, The Drum and more.
