Hyena cubs in HD

Spotted hyenas usually give birth to two cubs, but up to four cubs has been recorded. Cubs are black in colour and remain at the den site until they are old enough to join the rest of the clan on hunts and scavenging. It's many months before the cubs lose their black coats and get their characteristic spots.
