Plein air and travelling watercolor artists need a palette that is light weight and portable yet large enough to provide room for mixing and storing paint. This palette is both. The Mijello watercolor palette is built with a rubber gasket and sturdy latch that keep your paints and supplies safe. The 18 wells are larger than those found in other travel palettes. The removable mixing area is easy to clean and because it is see-through you can create a swatch card that fits underneath the mixing area. I demonstrate this process in the video. Overall, I highly recommend this palette.
