What is up, family?! Welcome to my Sunday Reset Routine! This is a routine that I typically do every Sunday to make sure that my life is in order for the week ahead. Some things I do to prepare for the week are starting off with a little self-care, making my to-do list + meal planning, attending church, cleaning + doing laundry, and grocery shopping.

This routine helps me recenter myself and ensures that I am taking care of myself and my home before entering into a new week.
