[Deprecated Fit Post MWD Change] - T6 Dark Iki Testing - Sansha Frig Rooms - Eve Online - Abyss PvE

This footage showcases continued iteration and testing on the T6 Dark Ikitursa fit.

Moving from the Afterburner to a MWD allows us to cover ground much more quickly. This removes some of the original vulnerability in positioning and speed clouds.

The large SB puts even more spawns as well as 50% penalty runs back into SB range. The small SB allows us to add an additional 10 DPS to anything within 4500m (most frigs outside of Sansha and Angel as well as Drifter cruisers). While the SB DPS is small it also adds 50-60 EM DPS to our initial ramp numbers which further shores up an Ikitursa weakness.

Fitting the large SB forces us to run one large and one medium cap battery. In practice this means you need to actually pay attention to neuting cruisers rather than ignore them outside of the absolute worst spawns. Most situations allow you to only pulse the tank so you can save a lot of cap.

Getting the large SB on the hull also makes us trade out a lowslot for a True Sansha Reactor Control Unit. I've tested dropping to a two slot tank but you're very vulnerable in Angel and Kiki spawns. Swapping the third Entropic is the practical answer. Our DPS will be lower but we are saving a lot of time with the large SB and MWD on this new fit.

Finally, you can go for a second small SB; however, after reviewing a lot of runs I spend a lot of time moving to/positioning for loot and MTUs. This allows me to save time while only losing 10 DPS out to 4500m. I've tested both and it will likely just come down to preference. When I get a Karen or Overmind room I prefer to position for them first rather than also account for the loot.

Current fit is below. I will use Abyssal Radiation Sinks on Tranq. The Veles are just good middle-ground replacements for them on the test server. If tight on CPU after mutaplasmid rolls then I'll drop to a Dread Guristas web.

You can also save a lot of CPU and isk by going from the multispectrum membrane to a multispectrum coating. I'm currently testing both setups. The issue with tank is 95% of spawns it's already overkill. You need specific rooms to really stress it.
