Microsoft have been trying to acquire Activision Blizzard King for far longer than they would have liked facing numerous hurdles like the FTC suing to block, CMA blocking the deal, having sell off cloud rights, making contracts with Nintendo/Playstation, and so much more...But now the Xbox Activision deal has been approved in its final place to close. So as of this morning we got the OFFICIAL blog and trailer to confirm it folks...The Xbox Activision Blizzard deal is closed!
