How to pass a Real Estate School and State Exams

What is the very first steps in starting a real estate business and what do you need to do to pass a school and state exam.

When I decided to try a real estate business I didn’t know how to start and I just go Google. I found what by state of Florida law I will need to take 63 hours classes, pass a school exam and state exam after that. So ok, I need to find a school first.

I got a 1 week class for about $600, and make a fingerprints in the school for an additional $85 as it’s required by law before schedule the state exam and getting the license.

A school will teach you about the basics which you’ll need to know most for passing the school and state exam. In the school they use the Mark method the teacher will ask you to mark the key words and descriptions to them what will help you to pass the school exam as the question are created based on a school’s book. I’ve passed the school exam from the very first try and it’s take about 2 hours.
The very important things for the school exam prep:
Study materials: That have been specifically designed for the Florida real estate exam. These materials will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the topics that will be covered on the test.

State exam is totally different from the school exam. The questions are much much more difficult and confusing. In the most questions almost impossible to use the association method and only 1 solution it’s understood all of the process and law and how it works together. If for the school exam you you’ll need just read the book briefly and pay attention to the marked star items, for the state exam you’ll need to read the whole book and figure out what all means. It’s not impossible but it’s required preparation preparation and preparation. I passed the test with the very first try but it’s take all 3.5 hours allowed for it.
