BLAUPUNKT RTV-926 (K-MECHANISM) PROBLEM (part 2)

Part 2 of the BLAUPUNKT RTV-926 (K-MECHANISM) problem. A closer look at the loading carriage. The tape goes all the way down but the tape carriage lever (white plastic one) does not go all the way from the vertical to fully horizontal position. I adjusted the carriage teeth one tooth forward and it went a little further but still kept ejecting. The way it's set in the video is as per the k-mech service manual.
