Racism -- what will it take to end it? | Cynthia Silva Parker | TEDxSarasota
This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. There is no end of unproductive thinking and discussion about racism in this country. Cynthia Silva Parker has seen her share. And, she has spent decades helping people understand how the system of racism operates, and what they can do about it. As a senior associate at Interaction Institute for Social Change, she helps people build the collaborative skills they need to make change.
