It’s early evening, and Jon is in the mood for a little trip out. In the car with Odie and Garfield, he admires the starry sky above and starts day-dreaming about distant lands. He stops for an errand, leaving Garfield alone in his car. Garfield is dozing off, when a spider wakes him up. He can’t stand spiders, so he chases it away, and ends up accidentally on board a car with a space traveler, who takes him through all sorts of parallel worlds. While he's trying to get back to Earth where Jon and Odie are waiting desperately, he meets all kinds of strange creatures, some who come in peace, and some who have pretty different ideas…
