Marble print cake|with ganache|Without gelatin & agar agar|HarshadaTilloo

Hello everyone,
This is ver interesting ,attractive, yummy but also very easy to make.

Here are the ingrediants & procedure to make it.

*Ingredients*
For 1/2 kg dome cake

White chocolate compound - 400gms
Amul Fresh Cream - 250gms
Cold Liquid whipped cream - 3 tbsp
Neutral Gel/Piping gel - 2 tbsp

*Procedure*

For Ganache -

1)Chop whip chocolate into small pieces
2)Heat Amul Fresh Cream.
❌(Don't boil)❌
3)Add chocolate into the cream and mix it well.
4)Heat a little if the chocolate is not melted.
5)Our White Chocolate Ganache is ready.
6)Now keep it to cool down at room temperature.
7)Once the Ganache has cooled add liquid whipp ed cream onto it.
8)Then final step to add Neutral Gel it in & stir it.
9)Add few drops of Gel color in it
❌(Don't mix it )❌
10)Pour it directly on the chilled Cake and refrigerate it for 2 to 3hrs .
